Microscoping Religion

WARNING: THIS BLOG ENTRY MADE ONE PERSON CHANGE HIS RELIGION...LET'S CALL HIM JIMMY)))
Hey everyone, cho-boy Vlad and this is my first entry on the blog. I decided to start blogging since not everyone but a lot of people do that and I'd like to share some thoughts with the others who may or may not agree with me, after all, everybody has the right for their opinions and free expression of their thoughts, difference makes us human.

Right, first it's my understanding of life: You live and you die, so why ask questions like "Why ask why?" ahhh no, ok, you live to show that you're a good person to earn your place in heaven, so life is like a test, so be good. The Bible was modified numerous times so I don't go by that I just follow what I feel is right. I''m not a really religious person but most of people around me are only Catholics and Christians by their name so I might as well call them aithests. I don't follow many commandments anyway because it's really hard for a human to resist sins, certain values are lodged into people and just ARE there, like the want for entertainment, sex, jelousy, gossip, war, destructions, killing, blood and the rest so you can't expect anybody to follow the word of the Church to the fullest, we're only humans and we live once. Every time I commit a sin, I'm truly sorry about it and I think God forgives me for still believing in him and realising my mistake. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a religious freak, at times I can block religion out of my head and I'm a completely normal person just saying that some don't believe like they should to hold the title of a Catholic or a Christian. I like girls, ok? I can't resist them and I think "No sex before marrige" is a bit too much and who did follow that anyway? I feel free to feel jelous, I don't exactly love everyone around me like I do myself, I drink, I smoke, I shoplifted a few times, I lie a lot so there, I'm not a religious freak. But just saying...realising your mistakes and feeling sorry for them is all that it takes. If I look at the commandements, I would have a few arguments with God, since the religion driven by fear is not really fair in sence that it doesn't give people much choise, you don't do this, don't do that AND! don't question what is said and written, that's silly. If you gave live to people, doesn't give you the right to do whatever you want with them, 1000s of people die in slowly and painfully every day from volcanes, hurracanes and the rest, babies die in their cribs, that's really disturbing to think about it but yet God does that. Another question is "bad people", ok, if you kill someone you go to hell, simple as but what was the point of making someone a killer in the first place anyway? If someone kills someone, that person must have a mental disorder or a certain way of thinking that way applied to him by his harsh life or mentality that was developed by the events going on in his or her life, as they say "We're not like that, life's like this..." and that makes a good sence, if life's not leaving that person a chance (which is God's fault), you can't expect that person to follow his heart and certain social regulations and standarts, I don't believe that anybody who ever killed had no mental disorders, had a perfect life, had no problems and the rest, life's what makes us do certain things and we're not in control of everything, so the idea of going to hell is the lamest idea I've ever heard, sure in the truest parts of our hearts, we all love war and destructions, we're DESIGNED like that, If you're angry, you wish pain on someone you're angry at, we're all designed like that, no bitch can tell me that it ain't like that. So religion is a tricky matter to deal with and you gotta be careful.

I think that would be enough for my first blog, leave some comments if you like, I'ma leave you with this, next blog - tomorrow, will not be about religion. Holla atcho boy and....God bless.

The Bible hasn't changed. God gives us free will to choose Him or not. We do have a choice to choose to accept Jesus and believe in him or we can reject him. It is true that we only live once, but we were created by God to live for Him. Sin is difficult and we are all tempted and no one is perfect. However if you take God at His word and trust in Him, he will never give you a temptation that through Christ's strength you can't overcome. The world wants to tell you a lie... eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow (or in the future) you will die. There is consequences for our actions here on earth. There will be a judgment at the end of time & if you haven't accepted Jesus as savior, then you will not go to heaven...

I did! That's my whole point! For some, it's the religion driven by fear, for me, I follow it with my heart, not brain...Thanks for your comment!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Vlad, buddy...I think you've grasped the religion better than most I've ever known. I went to a Southern Baptist college, and I can tell you...on the surface, the people I went to school with were great Christians. When I started to work for the college, I would get to deal with their disciplinary actions...and they would have absolutely no remorse for their actions. They were in fact, "Christian" not Christian...meaning they were all about giving people the illusion they were Christians.

A lot of people don't think I'm a Christian, since I'm gay. However, I know how I feel about Jesus, and I know how he feels for me.

Keep fighting for the truth, Vlad.

Exactly....We don't need to be brainwashed about what religion is, Jesus is inside all of us, following our hearts is what makes us true believers. Again, I appreciate your comments, Joe, may God be with you, wherever you are...
